Evesham duo Gilly Russell and Sophie Evans won silver medals at Dorney Lake, the venue for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic rowing competitions.
EVESHAM Rowing Club duo Gilly Russell and Sophie Evans clinched silver medals in the Junior Sculling Regatta at Dorney Lake.
Jack Harris and Tom Hill finished third in an event which saw a new record set by Tideway Scullers.
Martha Robbins, Isla Grelak, Georgie Banton, Poppy Cullen and cox Frankie Wiseman slipped from second spot in the last 250 metres to finish fourth in their final.
Charlie Akerman, Rachel Egan, Megan Woodward, Suki Glockling and cox Emma Parkin rowed well but did not reach the final.
Sam McLenahan and Duncan Repton finished sixth in their event.
