FOUR swimmers from Holy Redeemer Primary School in Pershore have qualified for the national finals.
David Annis, Jack Porter, Natalia Kelly and Molly Beach starred at the English Schools Swimming Association (ESSA) district competition.
They competed in two events - a freestyle relay and a medley relay.
The team reached the final in both events and achieved two runners-up spots.
They have now qualified for the ESSA National competition in Sheffield on June 17.
Holy Redeemer teacher and swimming coach Helen Annis was delighted.
She was also pleased with the children in Years 4, 5 and 6 who completed a swimathon in December and in April.
The children all swam for half-an-hour with the majority of children doing more lengths in the second event.
“We all had loads of fun and got fit and healthy along the way,” she added.
