JOAN Hunt and Eunice Allen took the honours at Evesham's ladies' club championships.
After a hot first day of the annual 36-hole competition the conditions were a little cooler for the second when a play-off and countback was required.
The winner of the best two nett scores with 74+78=152 on countback was Allen followed by Margaret Roberts on 73+79=152.
Evesham's club champion with the best two gross scores was Hunt with 98+91=189.
But this was closely contested by Melanie Evans on 189, requiring a play-off over three holes.
