EVESHAM'S juniors were out in force to win medals at the Pangbourne Junior Sculls.
Starting off the day's medal tables were the WJ16 coxless quad of Yasmin Tredell, Chloe Bryan, Ruth Whyman and Helen Stirrup who came cruising through the finish to claim gold in a time of 11 minutes and 17 seconds.
Next up were the WJ18 double scullers, Abi Penrose and Tasha Symonds, who rowed the 3000m course in 12.39.00 securing second place.
Olivia Walklett was the next to take to the water in the WJ14 singles even and she finished fifth in a field of 11 scullers.
The afternoon's racing schedule was a busy one, starting with Oliver Staite in J18 Singles.
Completing the course in 11.34.00, Staite had to be content with bronze beh-ind two strong Nottingham rivals.
Promise Jordan Bunyan showed a great deal of promise when taking silver in the J16 singles.
There was another medal position for the J14 quad of Andre Roberts, Robert Bonham, Eddie Surman, Louis Giles, coxed by John Rowland who took bronze in a time of 12.03.00.
The strongly opposed WJ14 quad of Julia Dav-ies, Charlotte Pullee, Hayley Pawlowski, Laura Attwood, coxed by Holly Longley, put in a good performance and finished sixth.
WJ14 double scullers Natasha Bradley and Zena Tredell, had a fantastic start, and all looked prom-ising. Unfortunately, they found themselves in the midst of two boats that had collided just ahead of them.
This put the girls behind by a long margin but they fought back to finish a creditable sixth.
The WJ14 coxed quad of Hayley Pawlowski, Charlotte Pullee, Julia Davies and Laura Attwood, coxed by Longley, had an eventful row catching a boat-stopping crab in the first part of the race before managing sixth place.
Senior IV single sculler Paul Hoy secured a runner-up spot at Bristol last Sunday.
