ROSIE Loh lifted the most coveted female prize at the Vale Golf and Country Club last Sunday when she was crowned ladies champion.
The 27-hole annual competition was staged in excellent conditions and the winner carded rounds of 86 and 45 to win the title by two shots from Lyn Habens.
The runner-up scored 89 and 44 for a total of 133.
Sue Simpson recorded the best nett score of 108.5 with Di Morris (114) in second.
For ladies with handicaps between 30 and 36, there was a separate nett competition on Sunday for the Angora Cup that was won by Pam Naylor with a score of 74.
Loh's win followed victory in the Bishampton club's Ladies Open.
It again proved a keenly contested event but the winner's 28 gross stableford points earned her the title and the trophy that was presented by lady captain Jan Garratt.
