ASHTON-under-Hill finished runners-up to Cutnall Green in the Worcestershire Cricket Board Indoor League finals.
Green also beat Old Elizabethans in the semis as they were crowned the first winners of the Granger Trophy.
Ashton met the Kinver league champions Pedmore in their last-four clash and romped home by six wickets despite a creditable 122-5 from their opponents.
Mashesh Patel took 2-22 before the Vale side produced a clinical reply with openers Will Archer and Jack Perks providing the perfect platform with 61-0 from six overs.
On retirement, they were replaced by Tom Archer and Patel, who finished off the job on 123-0, leaving an over and two balls to spare.
In the final, Aston won an important toss and put in Green, who scored 136 with six run-outs.
But Ashton fell nine runs short with seven balls left on 127 all out despite the efforts of Patel (34).
The trophy was dedicated in memory of the late Tim Granger.
