Droitwich went to Division One leaders Pershore and didn’t have enough runs, despite posting 197-8.

Liam Ridings (92) put Droitwich’s bowlers to the sword as Pershore raced to victory.

Worcester Nomads edged past Redditch to move back into second place over Droitwich and Hagley, who lost by a big margin at home to Colwall who are sixth.

Colwall’s Ben Cooke scored 129 and Tom Coleman 82 shone for the villagers.

Ryan Tongue scored 94 unbeaten for Bromyard, who won at Bewdley who have now lost two consecutive matches and are fifth, 30 points be - hind Pershore.
