EVESHAM Cricket Club romped to a 104-run victory at Old Vigornians in Worcestershire League Division Two.

Evesham posted 220 all out after 41 from Fahim Maan and contributions from Nasir Mehmood (32) and Adnan Sagheer (25).

But Old Vigornians struggled in reply with Maan snapping up five wickets and Sagheer taking four to shoot out the hosts for 116 in just 21 overs.

Bredon continued their winning start to the campaign with an eight-wicket success against Oldswinford & Stourbridge, also in Division Two.

Dominic Fenney (5-33) and Tom Walsingham (5-49) dismissed Oldswinford for 158 and then Martin Hill (72 not out) and Clive Fenney (60 not out) led Bredon home.

Pershore slipped to a three-wicket defeat against Penkridge in Birmingham League Division Two despite 75 from Adam Wiffen and 50 from Taylor Pugh.
