EVESHAM United's stay at the top of the Division One Midlands table was a short one after Leamington's 2-0 win at Chasetown on Tuesday night.
The Brakes were one of a handful of United's rivals not to win at the weekend. They drew 1-1 with Willenhall, Chasetown and Leighton both picked up a point on their travels while Aylesbury threw away a 3-0 lead at tenants Chesham United.
Stourbridge, meanwhile, slumped to a 1-0 defeat at Woodford.
Sutton Coldfield Town have made the best recent progress after a last minute winner at Berkhamsted on Saturday was followed by a 5-2 thrashing of Bishops Cleeve on Monday night.
Berkhamsted lost again on Tuesday when Aylesbury added three points to their total after a 3-1 success to stay fourth two points behind Evesham but having played three more matches.
