LEAMINGTON'S 4-2 win at Aylesbury in Southern League Division One Midlands means Evesham United still lead the table by seven points.
Three points further adrift and on the same number of games are Sutton Coldfield Town who defeated next to bottom Malvern Town 3-1.
Aylesbury are in fourth on 52 points seven ahead of Stourbridge, who visit St George's Lane on Tuesday night, who won 5-0 at Berkhamsted.
Chesham, who were without a game are sixth with 44 points from 25 matches three ahead of both Leighton Town and Bishops Cleeve who won 4-2 at Rothwell.
Chasetown are one of three clubs on 43 points but they crashed to a fourth successive defeat - 1-0 at Bedworth who are Evesham's visitors next weekend.
Dunstable's 4-1 win at Willenhall lifts them up to ninth level on points with Romulus who oost 1-0 at Rushall after a 3-1 win at Cinderford in midweek.
Rushall are likely to enter the play-off equation as they lie 11th having amassed 39 points from 22 games - 26 behind the Robins who have played five more matches.
This afternoon's other results saw Stourport lose 2-1 at home to Barton Rovers and Cinderford draw 0-0 with Woodford United.
