Brought to you by Evesham JournalFrost threat to tonight's game
EVESHAM United's scheduled Southern League clash at home to Stourbridge tonight is a doubtful starter.
The St George's Lane surface is still frozen in places from the weekend frost and last night's freezing temperatures have made matters worse.
Officials at Worcester City say it's "looking dodgy" and, if there is no improvement before midday, an inspection will take place at 3.30pm.
Two matches last night fell victim to the weather with the games at Aylesbury and Woodford both called off.
The match at Coles Lane between Sutton Coldfield and Rushall Olympic did go ahead with the visitors ending Town's unbeaten home record with a 2-0 win.
That result leaves third-placed Sutton ten points adrift of Division One Midlands leaders Evesahm having played a game more.
