EVESHAM United have signed trialist midfielder Nick Hancock on Southern League forms.
The ex-Shortwood United player's signature follows that of striker James Campbell after the former javelin thrower joined from Gloucestershire Northern Senior League side Charlton Rovers.
Evesham's promising former Cheltenham Town and Gloucester City centre-half Matt Williams has signed a contract for the 2017-18 campaign with the option of a further year.
A youthful United side lost 3-2 at Midland League neighbours Pershore Town in a pre-season friendly last night.
After a goalless first half Pershore scored three times through Mitch Butterworth including the winner in the dying minutes.
Evesham’s scorers were Tom Leonard (penalty) and Ethan Moran.
United visit another Worcestershire Midland League side in Stourport Swifts today (3pm).
