LITTLETON extended their lead at the top of Midland League Division One to four points with a 2-1 win at Lichfield City.
In the last nine games, they have won eight and drawn one, scoring 35 goals.
On a difficult surface, Littleton attacked down the slope in the first-half and James Schembri put them ahead on 21 minutes with a cool finish from inside the box.
Robbie Bunn's drive was pushed around the post before Littleton doubled their lead on 38 minutes when Schembri finished well again after Callum Clarke broke up a City attack.
The hosts had the bulk of the second-half possession but only scored once on 75 minutes.
Littleton host Alvis on Saturday (3pm).
