A JOSH Taylor goal three minutes from time helped Fladbury Athletic lift the Evesham Mechanical Services Knockout Cup in their final match before disbanding.
The Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday League top-flight outfit beat Division Two champions Jacksons Fairfield 1-0 in a match that never hit the heights of previous finals.
Fladbury saw a shot cleared off the line and Jacksons, who had the most possession, hit the post but the game lacked scoring opportunities.
Alderton lifted the Gloucestershire FA Sunday Intermediate Cup at Bishops Cleeve, beating Cheltenham 2-0. It was the villagers’ first county cup success and the 27th for an Evesham league team.
Pebworth and Bengeworth drew 3-3 in Division Four, with Sprigg, Williams and Skinner, and Miles, Sharpe and Shepherd netting respectively.
The season ends on Sunday with the Express-Funding Mick Godwin Cup final between Badsey Recreation and Bear at Littleton (5pm).
Meanwhile, goals from Aron Letterese and John Boother saw Cropthorne beat Bengeworth Sports 2-0 in the Pershore Hospital Minor Cup semi-finals.
Cropthorne play Charlton Old Boys, who beat Dragons 2-0 with a Chris Clements double, in the final at Pershore Town tonight (7pm).
