Jade Grove to play at Gothia World Youth Cup
EVESHAM’S Jade Grove will represent Worcestershire County Schools’ Football Association at Sweden’s prestigious Gothia World Youth Cup for a week from Sunday.
The De Montfort School pupil, a versatile midfielder, will compete for the under-15s in the competition involving more than 73 countries.
Worcestershire, drawn against three Swedish teams, can make the play-offs with a top-two finish.
The opening ceremony is at the Ullevi stadium, Gothenburg.
