Pershore Duplicate Bridge Club carry off prestigious Healey Cup
PERSHORE Duplicate Bridge Club carried off the prestigious Healey Cup by beating 15 other teams from Herefordshire and Worcestershire in the Swiss teams-of-four competition.
Mary Portman, Ted Phillips, Alan Boyes and Peter Kershaw won with 85 VP’s, while Malvern and Bromsgrove tied for second place with 74 VP’s.
