EVESHAM and District Association League Specsavers Division Two leaders Bengeworth Sharks dropped points for only the second time this season.

They suffered an unexpected 6-4 defeat to fifth-placed Littleton Dolphins.

Littleton were fired by James Morrow’s three wins and John McKay’s success over the higher-ranked Howard Bentham as well as a doubles triumph.

Second-placed Wyre Barbedwyre closed the gap to three points with a 7-3 win over Wyre Warriors.

Wallace House Troopers defeated Littleton Giants 9-1 and remain third.

Troopers’ Keith Ferguson has 12 straight wins and is a contender for player-of-the-season.
