SIDECAR racing stars Wayne Lockey and Mark Sayers are seventh after the opening round of the FSRA F2 British Championshipat Oulton Park.
The Real Racing pair were steering clear of danger in the first race when a nasty collision in front of them halted proceedings at start of lap four.
The red flag was shown and the result was called with Lockey and Sayers 13th in 1.55.780.
The second race was reduced to six laps, with Lockey and Sayers taking the chequered flag in seventh place in 1.53.177. The pair are looking forward to Silverstone on May 9 and 10.
