PERSHORE lifted their first Midlands Ladies’ Touch League tournament trophy, topping the south-west region at Greyhound.
After coming second in all but one of last year’s competitions, Pershore won all six round-robin matches in Hereford, beating holders Bromyard 2-0.
They bagged 21 tries with Emmie Bewley (7), player-of-the-tournament Sue Breay (4), Verity Farr (3), Kiele Doyle (3), Emma Breay (2) and Teresa Crowley (2) scoring.
