County's Glamorgan trip postponed following Maynard death
WORCESTERSHIRE’S Friends Life t20 trip to Glamorgan tomorrow has been postponed following the tragic death of Tom Maynard.
The Surrey batsman, who spent his early career with the Welsh county, was found dead on London Underground railtracks early on Monday morning.
The SWALEC Stadium outfit have made the decision to cancel tomorrow’s contest as a mark of respect to Maynard and his family.
The match has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 3, with a 6pm start and all tickets that have been bought for tomorrow will be valid for new date.
