WORCESTER Wolves have slashed their season ticket prices in a bold move to reward loyalty to the British Basketball League club.
Adult season tickets have fallen from the 2016-17 standard price of £200 to £130 while children, over 65s and students will now pay £65 rather than £85.
Cup, trophy and play-off games at the University of Worcester Arena are also included in the price.
Fans can pay in three instalments with the second and third not due until August 1 and September 1 respectively.
Season-ticket holders are able to reserve their seats and can also transfer them to friends and family members.
Wolves, owned by the University of Worcester, are planning ahead for 2017-18 after being knocked out of the BBL play-offs semi-finals despite a brave effort against Newcastle Eagles.
Worcester managing director Mick Donovan said: “While many sports organisations appear to be increasing prices for fans to watch their teams we have taken the opportunity to reward loyal Wolves fans.
"In addition this also demonstrates the university's and Wolves’ inclusive approach to sport by offering affordable prices that enable more people to watch top-flight basketball.”
