MIKE Ojo has warned his teammates not to get “lulled into a false sense of security” when Worcester Wolves visit struggling Manchester Giants in the British Basketball League tomorrow (5pm).

Worcester will arrive at the Trafford Sportsdome looking to secure a clean sweep of victories over Manchester this season.

After knocking Giants out of the BBL Cup with a 101-80 thrashing, Wolves swept them aside in the league winning 97-86 in Manchester and 109-75 at the University of Worcester Arena.

However Ojo insisted his team must take them game to their opponents in a bid to come out on top for the fourth time.

“With games like this when you come up against teams that are struggling it can be a trap,” Ojo said.

“You can be lulled into a false sense of security thinking that this team isn’t doing well so we necessarily have to put our best foot forward.

“But in reality that’s not the case as you want to step on the court and produce your best effort against whoever you are playing regardless of how many games they have won and lost.”

n Worcester Wolves women entertain unbeaten table-toppers Ipswich in their final home game of the National League Division Two North campaign.

Ryan Emery’s side will look to build on their 56-48 win over Mansfield last weekend.
