WORCESTER Warriors must rip up the form book if they are to sting Wasps’ Aviva Premiership title challenge at Sixways on Sunday (3pm).

Second-bottom Warriors have won just once in their last 13 top tier matches – a hard-fought 11-9 home success against Newcastle Falcons on October 2.

Warriors’ only other victory this term has been a narrow 31-25 triumph against rivals Bristol in the Anglo-Welsh Cup at Sixways.

Last season, Christian Wade bagged six tries at Sixways to lead Wasps to a remarkable 54-35 success.

Wasps’ last five matches in the Premiership have been won by the home side on the day with their most recent away victory being a 20-15 victory at Northampton in round four.

Wasps have won their last four fixtures against Worcester in the Premiership since Warriors’ 29-23 success at Sixways in March 2013.

Referee Craig Maxwell-Keys will be officiating in his 25th Premiership match with support from assistants Dean Richards and Andrew Pearce. David Sainsbury is the television match official.
