MOEEN Ali and his England team-mates start the countdown to the ICC Trophy by flying out to the Caribbean tomorrow for three ODIs against the West Indies.
The Worcestershire all-rounder and his colleagues have just eight more ODIs before England play host to the prestigious competition throughout June.
It is exactly three years ago that Moeen made his international debut in three ODIs in the West Indies.
He scored 44, 10 and 55 opening alongside Michael Lumb.
The 29-year-old has not looked back since and become one of a select few players who are regular members in all formats of the game for England.
Skipper Eoin Morgan's side will start their preparations for the Windies series with two 50 over matches against the WICB President's X1 in St. Kitts on Saturday and February 27.
They will then tackle the host nation in Antigua on March 3 and 5 at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium and then in Barbados at the Kensington Oval on March 9.
After that England host two ODIs against Ireland and three against South Africa in May before the ICC Trophy gets underway.
