Worcester Warriors.
8 Pennell – a confident and composed showing from the full-back who was exceptional under the high ball and combined brilliantly with Josh Adams for his try.
9 HEEM – demonstrated his finishing prowess with a hat-trick as he used his power and desire to get over the whitewash. My man of the match.
8 Willison – provided the assist for Heem’s third which capped off a strong display from the centre who defended his channel superbly.
8 Mills – returning from injury, the versatile back sparked his side into life when he broke through and sent Heem on his way. Kept asking Saints’ defence questions.
9 Adams – a strong case for man of the match as he was a constant threat with ball in hand, took his try really well and pulled off a try-saving tackle on Ford-Robinson late on.
7 Lance – controlled the game well as he got the backs going, but struggled from the kicking tee, landing three of his six attempts at goal.
8 Hougaard – it was perhaps no surprise his comeback coincided with a Warriors win as he injected pace and tempo into their attack.
7 Waller – facing off against his elder brother, Alex, for the first time, the loosehead got stronger as the match wore on and will be delighted to get the family bragging rights.
7 Singleton – was solid at scrum and line-out time as Warriors gained the upperhand in the set-piece and the hooker tackled well throughout.
8 Schonert – after changing his boots in the first 10 minutes, the tighthead soon found his feet as he was prominent in the scrum and the loose.
7 O’Callaghan – the influential lock got the crowd going and played a key role in an impressive performance from Warriors’ pack.
9 Spencer – was used like a battering ram as he inflicted several dents in Saints’ defence and showed his potential as a future England international.
8 Fa’osiliva – was a powerful ball-carrier for the home side and linked up brilliantly with the backs as Warriors secured maximum points.
8 Lewis – another tireless and fearless display from the flanker who got through plenty of defensive work and contributed in attack.
8 Van Velze – arguably his best performance in a Warriors shirt this season as he was dominant at the lineout and was tenacious at the breakdown.
