Water bombs thrown at child sex suspect

Pathetic. Charging someone with Water Bomb Offences "HOW SAD" and we pay our Council Tax for them to use it for that. Maggie you do not know the guy who has these charges against him obviously. But many of us do, and have know him sometime too, not knowing what was going on, but a very strange guy and its not him who needed the protection but those poor children, why not think of them instead.Like it or not, the gentleman in question is innocent until PROVEN guilty, i.e. found guilty in court by due process of law - it's not for you or anyone else to sit in judgement of him in the meantime.
If he is found guilty - then by all means lock him up and throw away the key. It may only have been waterbombs and superficially I can understand people's outrage, but it's the thin end of the wedge - rocks after waterbombs? That's vigilantism and there's no place for that in a so-called modern society.

Worried anglers insist Keith the seal must go
Interesting all these people coming out of the shadows and taking such an interest in the seal and having a moan about us anglers wanting the seal gone.
Wonder how many of them use the river, pay toward its upkeep and police the river as much as anglers do?? Its hard to do that from the comfort of your computer chair, bloody keyboard warriors. Their attitudes would soon change if the seal attacks a dog.

Why should I have to pay bedroom tax if I'm on income support?
Yes , not a lot of money for a full time care assistant is it? He is "on call" to care for his wife 24 hours a day 365 days a year. That's £2.50 per hour. How much would a full time carer cost?
