Row over homes for troubled children
these people need to grow up ,,, the kids need help and looking at the write up 7 carers to 5 kids hardly cause for concern are they going to run the street late at night , i don,t think so ,,, the same was said about abbey house up hanley road ,, but no problems so far ,,I hardly think that people need to grow up. It would seem to me that local mature residents, most having families with young children are quite rightly raising there concern at such applications. There are obvious problems with both applications - drug use, alcohol use, proximity to schools and care homes, parking issues. These are serious matters that need addressing correctly. Children in these at risk groups need homes however I do believe that in both of these cases it is clear that the proposed locations are definitely not suitable.

Cheap building, cheap materials, weak design. No way will this building stand the test of time.
Why did no-one say this at the planning stage? A case of 'The Kings Clothes' ?
