CHAPMAN Jason John On 14th September 2021, Jason John, after a long illness bravely fought. Dearly loved husband of Claire, younger son of Vera, much loved brother of Andrew and Lisa and a dear father to Cody. Funeral service will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday 14th October 2021 at St Matthews Church, Salford Priors followed by burial in the churchyard. Family flowers only. Donations would be gratefully received to benefit Macmillan Cancer Support please donate via www.macmillan.org.uk
