DAVID WILLIAM FOLKES MBE David's family would sincerely like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the overwhelming number of cards and messages received at this very sad time. Special thanks to Philip at Merstow Green Funeral Home and to the residents of Broadway who came to pay their respects. Finally our heartfelt thanks to The Reverend Shellie Ward for all her care and compassion and whose kind words were a great comfort at this sad time.
