OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2021
Wychavon District Council, in exercise of its power under | Section 35(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. (as amended) (hereinafter referred to as "The Act'), Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act and all associated Regulations and other enabling powers, with the consent | of Worcestershire County Council In accordance with Section 39(3) of the Act and after consulting the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 91 of the Act, has made the following Order:
1. This Order has come into operation on the 9 day of December 2021 and may be cited as the Wychavon District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2021.
