NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY DIVERSION ORDER
Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Schedule 14 Wychavon District Council Bridleway Diversion Order 2021 Bridleway 510 (Part) Whittington, Worcestershire
On 13 January 2022 Wychavon District Council confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order will be to STOP UP the following Bridleway namely:
That length and the whole width of Bridleway 510 (part), as shown on the Order Plan, that commences at Point A (OS map reference 388228 253533) and runs across open land In a south-westerly direction for approximately | 151 metres to Point B (OS map reference 388127 253427) where it continues as Bridleway 510.
Such Bridleway Is shown by a solid black line on the Order Plan and being approximately 151 metres in length. |
AND CREATE a new bridleway that commences as Bridleway 510 at Point A (OS Map reference 388228 253533) which will then cross open land in a south-south-westerly direction for approximately 76 metres to Point C (OS Map reference 388212 253459) from where it travels west -south westerly for approximately 93 metres to Point B (OS Map reference 388127 253427) where it continues as Bridleway 510, as shown on the Order Plan.
Such Bridleway is shown by solid black dashes on the Order Plan and shall be 3 metres in width with a clear verge of one metre on either side and will be approximately 169 metres in length.
A copy of the Confirmed Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at The Civic Centre at the address below during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.00.

This Order comes into force on the date on which Wychavon District Council certify that the terms of Article | 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which Notice is first published as | required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
