NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER
Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Schedule 14 Wychavon District Council Public Path Diversion Order 2018
Footpath 500 (Part), Whittington, Worcestershire
The above Order was made on 18 September 2018

The effect of the Order will be to DIVERT the following Footpath namely:
DIVERT
That length and the whole width of Public Footpath 500 (part) that commences at Point A (OS map reference 388056 253963) and runs across open land in a south-south-easterly direction for approximately 204 metres to Point B (OS map reference 388085 253761) where it turns south-south-westerly for 23 metres to Point C (OS map reference 388071 253742) and then in a southerly direction for approximately 18 metres to Point D (OS map reference 388070 253724) where it turns south-south­westerly for 40 metres to Point E (OS map reference 388052 253689) and then still in a south-south-westerly direction for approximately 73 metres to Point F (OS map reference 388029 253620) where it meets Public Bridleway 509 Whittington

Such Footpath is shown by a solid black line on the Order Plan and being approximately 358 metres in length
AND CREATE a new footpath running from PointA (OS map reference 388056 253963) across open land
a new footpath running from PointA (OS map reference 388056 253963) across open land
in a west-south-westerly direction for 39 metres to Point G (OS map reference 388017 253953) and then south-westerly along the boundary fence for 152 metres to Point H (OS map reference 387949 253818) and on for 42 metres to Point J (OS map reference 387922 253786) where it continues south-westerly for 72 metres to Point K (OS map reference 387880 253728) and then gently turning in a south-south-easterly direction across open land for 21 metres to Point L (OS map reference 387889 253709) and proceeding on in a south-easterly direction for approximately 54 metres to Point M (OS map reference 387936 253683) where it will cross over a stream on a culvert or bridge and proceed on across open land in a south-easterly direction for 113 metres to Point F (OS map reference 388029 253620) where it will meet Public Bridleway 509 Whittington. The new footpath shall be 3 metres in width with a clear verge of one metre on either side and will be approximately 493 metres in length, all as shown on the Order Plan by solid

A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre at the address below or at the Droitwich Community Contact Centre, The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich Worcs.,WR9 8DQ during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.00.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to The Head of Legal Services, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR101PT (ref. Legal/PMH/FP1.59) not later than 29 October 2018. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wychavon District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
