Madonna’s fall at the Brits has not stopped her rise up the charts – with her new single set to be her 71st top 40 hit.
The song – Living For Love – which she was performing as she stumbled in front of millions of viewers at the awards ceremony this week, is currently at number 26.
Research by the Official Charts Company shows 1,000 more sales would carry it into the top 20 and another 10,500 would see it enter the top 10.
Her last chart entry was in 2012 with her Nicki Minaj and MIA collaboration Give Me All Your Luvin’, which peaked at Number 37.
Her performance at the Brits and front-page exposure from her fall saw her Spotify streams double overnight.
Other acts who benefited from their appearance on the show, which ran on ITV in prime time, include duo Royal Blood whose streams more than tripled overnight.
The Brighton rockers won the best British group category.
