A FOOTBALL-loving teenager will be remembered in a memorial match on Sunday.
Scott Holden, aged 16, from Newlands, Pershore, was found in his room on Christmas Eve 2011 after suffering an epileptic fit triggered by an undetected brain tumour.
His former team mates will be among the footballers playing tribute to him in the match at Worcester City FC’s St George’s Lane. He played as a striker for Drakes Broughton Rangers under 16s and the team will face a Pershore Sixth Form XI.
The Scott Holden Memorial Match kicks off at 2pm. All proceeds from a £2 entry fee will go to the Midland Air Ambulance and Arrhythmia Alliance charity.
