MARLOW High Street will shut on Thursday afternoon as a second dose of Christmas celebrations and commerce takes place.
Father Christmas will lead a parade from Marlow Bridge, through the high street, with London 2012 gold medallist Naomi Riches.
The Paralympic champion will officially open the event and then help judge the best dressed Christmas stall for us.
High Street will be closed from 3pm to 10pm.
The Marlow and District Chamber of Trade and Commerce have organised the event for decades and were keen to keep the tradition going despite the new town council event last week.
A carol service will start at 6pm with primary school choirs and the musicians of Great Marlow School.
There will be live reindeer outside Cargo and shepherds, kings and Mary and Joseph together with animals proceeding up the high street to an inn before going to the Methodist Church to their stable.
Various charity and commercial stalls will be operating on the night
and there will also be a rock choir, the Salvation Army and lots more.
For further details or if you would like a stall call Jo Braybrooke on 01628 488238 or e-mail jorod@btinternet.com.
