CHILDREN at a Worcestershire school enjoyed a blazing display as part of a project about the Great Fire of London.
Pupils in year 1 at Sedgeberrow School, near Evesham, made their own houses from cardboard boxes and set them on fire to see how quickly it spreads and how the fire could be stopped by pulling down some of the homes.
Local firefighters were on hand to advise and make sure the display happened safely.
The project was part of a wider topic on Rule Britannia, learning about England and the UK.
