I TOTALLY agree with Anthony Green (Journal, August 13) about the state of this town, it is a minefield of hazards for people with varying types of disabilities, but our so-called caring council seem to think that every thing is OK.
The majority of traders in town do not have licences for A-boards/tables/chairs/goods for sale outside of their shops. Why not?
Again the council seems to think every thing is OK.
We have a three-tier council system which does not work. If it did this town would not be in the mess it is.
It is not just the clutter. The footways are a disgrace. They get dug up and then a load of tarmac is thrown down if a footway cannot be repaired properly.
What chance does the town stand?
