MEMBERS of Evesham Rambling Club have just returned from their latest adventure.
Last weekend the club headed south to tackle the 1066 Country Walk in East Sussex.
Club Treasurer, Mike Taylor, lead the walk dressed as a Norman knight, complete with sword and shield.
The group covered 50km over the weekend from Pevensey Castle to the Cinque Port of Rye, passing through the historic town of Battle where William, Duke of Normandy, defeated King Harold at the battle of Hastings.
