FORMER Wolverhampton Wanderers and Wrexham striker Bradley Reid has signed for Worcester City on a dual registration deal.

The 22-year-old forward arrives from Stourbridge where he has been playing since July after being released by Tamworth.

Reid came through the youth ranks at Wrexham before moving to Wolves in September 2013 for a five-figure sum.

He made an appearance for Wolves in the EFL Trophy during the 2016-17 season and had spells out on loan as he re-joined Wrexham twice and had two stints at AFC Telford United.

The frontman has also represented Wales at under 19s and under 21s level. He netted six times for Tamworth but struggled to secure a regular starting spot.

With Dave Reynolds making the move to Redditch United last week, Reid’s arrival will be a big boost to John Snape’s side.

Reid is expected to make his Worcester debut tomorrow when they visit FC Stratford in the League Cup (7.45pm).
