PERSHORE and District Round Table are excited to announce that Santa Claus and his shiny red sleigh will be back in Pershore this year.

Round Table are an international organisation for men aged between 18 and 45, it is their aim to support the local community whilst also participating in many activities from go kart racing to wild camping. It has been a long serving tradition that Round Table clubs provide a Santa Sleigh for their local area, and this year Pershore Round Table are proud to be doing just that.

The Sleigh was a success last year raising £6000 for the local community, this year, with help from the public Round Table hope to raise even more money to support local good causes. The sleigh which will be going around Pershore and surrounding villages, some of which will be new additions from last year, will comprise of Santa Claus, Round Table elves and charity partners who will also support the tour. It’s Round Table’s intention for elves to knock on doors to raise as much money as possible, whilst families wave at Santa as he passes on his way to Lapland. All the money that raised will go back to the community through many good causes such as the South Worcester Lifeguards, the Riverside Youth Centre and Drakes Broughton PTA aswell as many others.
