Abigail Pearce is competing in UK Open Mic, a big singing competition
A YOUNG singer has had success in a national competition.
Abigail Pearce, 13 from Prince Henry's High School is competing in UK Open Mic.
She had an initial audition in September and want through to the regional final at the NEC. From here she qualified for area finals which were in Leeds on Nov 25. She is now through to the national finals at the O2 arena on January 20. She will compete in the U16's with up to 30 other finalists
The competition attracts over 10,000 entrants.
