AN Evesham woman is asking for residents help to find missing trophies created in her parents memory.

Beverly Ryan contacted the Journal saying she wanted help to trace the cups, that were once given out in sports awards.

Mrs Ryan said: "Could anyone please help me to track down two memorial cups in memory of my parents Lillian and Gerard Ryan, engraved, that were last regularly present to a junior football team in Evesham.

"They have since gone missing.

"They were designed to be held for a year, and given back to the next winner every year."

Mrs Ryan said she believed that at some point the handing out of the award may have stopped, so the last winner could have kept them.

"I just want to find out, I want to know what happened with them," she added.
