WORCESTER City could draft in an extra player ahead of Wednesday's home clash with Coventry Sphinx (7.45).
Manager John Snape confirmed he had been working on the possibility of bolstering his ranks, particularly as defender Callum McFarlane is likely to miss out due to work commitments.
Both Joel Caines (ankle) and Jamie Smith (neck) remain sidelined by persistent injuries and under review to leave Snape light on numbers.

“The squad will be pretty much the same but with Callum possibly being out there may be scope to bring in someone,” said Snape.
“We have to look to be as strong as possible for every game and we will be trying to bring in a reinforcement if we can.”
Sphinx head to the Victoria Ground on the back of five matches without a win in the Midland Football League (MFL) Premier Division.
Since the original match got postponed at the 11th hour due to a frozen pitch on February 2, Sphinx have progressed past Division One Chelmsley Town to reach the semi-finals of the MFL Cup but suffered home defeats to Sporting Khalsa and AFC Wulfrunians either side of a 1-1 draw with Romulus.
City head into the clash boosted by a rampant 5-2 win at Quorn on Saturday, a result that emphatically ended a three-match losing streak in the league.
