A VAST range of agricultural machinery went under the hammer at a Herefordshire farm in a sale described as the last of its kind.
The Tooby Family came to farm at Upper Venn, near Bromyard, in the 1930s, and in 1967 bought the farm as sitting tenants.
Over the years a vast amount of equipment was assembled, but very little ever left the farm.
The sale, handled by auction firms Sunderlands and Brightwells, gave buyers the chance to buy tractors from the vintage, classic and modern period, together with similar aged machinery and implements.
Richard Hyde, of Sunderlands, said: "We believe that this was probably one of the last sales of this type that we will ever undertake.
"It was one of the last old-fashioned farm sales, with equipment from the past and modern times, and some lovely examples of country farmhouse furniture."
Notable prices fetched included £28,000 for a Fendt Favorit tractor that will be going to Ireland and £17,600 for a NH Clayson combine destined for Pakistan.
The sale was on Saturday, April 27.
