Pensioner to appear at Crown court after setting fire to flat
A PENSIONER is facing charges of arson after setting fire to her flat.
Carol Ann Williams, 70 appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on July 4.
Shafquat Reaz, prosecuting said: “The substantial fire nearly collapsed the first floor of the building.”
Williams of Cherry Orchard, Pershore will appear at Worcester Crown Court on August 7 at 9:15 am. She was granted unconditional bail until then.
