A GLOUCESTERSHIRE police officer has been charged with five counts of making indecent images of children.
Response officer PC Stephen McGoldrick, 50, is alleged to have committed the offences between 2008 and 2019.

He has been bailed with conditions to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court on August 13.
Bail conditions include to not have contact with persons under the age of 18 and to reside at a specified address which is not in Gloucestershire.
A spokeswoman for Gloucestershire police said: "PC McGoldrick was suspended as soon as the allegations came to light, pending the outcome of misconduct proceedings.
"The Force cannot comment further due to the pending legal proceedings."
