MOTORISTS experienced traffic delays in Christchurch this evening following a crash on the A35 reportedly involving a motorbike.
The collision took place near Sainsbury's on Lyndhurst Road.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "We were called by the ambulance service at 5.08pm to reports of a RTC involving outside Sainsbury's supermarket."
There were reports of road closures in the area, including traffic being prevented from accessing the A35 at Hinton Admiral.

Traffic queued back along Somerford Road, the Christchurch Bypass and the A35 Lyndhurst Road back to Hinton Admiral.
A South Western Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "SWASFT was called at 4.52pm to Lyndhurst Road after a road traffic collision was reported involving a motorbike. Two patients are being treated by paramedics on scene."
