TWO giant robins ‘rocked’ the afternoon away during a festive party.
Hundreds of Rhyl families were treated to a free party with music, fun and games and visits on Saturday at Rhyl Town Hall.
Cllr Ellie Chard, Rhyl mayor, said: “Rockin’ Rhyl was a lovely way for little ones to start the Christmas period with plenty to keep them happy and visits from some very special guests.
“We’d also like to thank the White Rose shopping centre for providing free goodies for the children which really helped out Father Christmas at his busiest time of year.
“The town council has been behind a wide range of community activities this year and we were delighted to see so many people enjoying themselves.”
The town council’s next event will be on Saturday, January 25 to mark St Dwynwen’s Day - Welsh equivalent to Valentine’s Day.
