Organisers have made the decision to cancel the Sunday vintage market.
They had previously said Bridport Vintage Market would go ahead at St Michael's Trading Estate on March 29.
However, following the Prime Minister's coronavirus announcement, the group have said it will not go ahead.
A spokesman said: "Following the Prime Minister's announcement on Wednesday, March 18, it has been agreed that due to the continuing progress of Covid-19, the Bridport Vintage Market will be cancelled for the foreseeable future.
"For those vendors who have booked and/or paid, we will contact you by email. Please keep in touch for updates.
"Thank you all for your continued support."
