RESIDENTS on Walney have been showing their support for the NHS during the coronavirus lockdown.
Home-owners of one house on Natal Road has put up a huge Union Jack flag emblazoned with 'NHS' outside their property.
The gesture is the latest in a nationwide show of support for our local healthcare workers who are battling to tackle the disease.
On Thursday night thousands across Barrow took part in the latest weekly 'Clap For...' event by applauding carers.
